Lost relics from Mogao Grottoes to be 'digitally restored'

Gansu province will accelerate the digital restoration of cultural relics lost overseas from the Mogao Grottoes this year as part of efforts to establish a database of Chinese culture, provincial Governor Ren Zhenhe said on Monday during the third session of the 14th Gansu Provincial People's Congress, which concludes on Thursday.
