A special train Dunhuang Cultural Study Season recently departed from Lanzhou, capital of Gansu province, carrying 320 primary and secondary school students on a journey to explore Dunhuang culture.

Accordingly, the students will go to Mogao Grottoes, Mingsha Mountain and Crescent Spring Scenic Area and Mogaoli Craftsman Village to experience striving landscapes, awe-inspiring art works and associated intangible cultural heritage.
